Great Ape Art Show at Admiralty MTR

For the month of July, the MTR Community Art Gallery in Admiralty showcases more than a hundred great ape portraits by Year 5 Roots & Shoots members at the Hong Kong International School. The exhibition is located at Exit E of Admiralty MTR Station, and will last till the end of July.

Let's do something to protect nature and have fun! This international competition offers great prizes such as chimp guardianship, and there are special prizes for the best 3 projects from Hong Kong, including a Chinese White Dolphin watching tour! (Click on the picture for details)
The Cove opens on 25th November
The Cove, the Oscar Winner for Best Feature Documentary in 2010, is a film that exposes the annual dolphin slaughter in Japan and related issues on keeping dolphins in captivity.

Over three days (28th, 29th & 30th August 2010) students can participate in a variety of lectures, workshops, discussion groups, simulations, and symposiums. These will be based on Creating Positive change for Environmental and Humanitarian issues. This is a FREE Event.
